Join Our New Ping Pong Club

We've started a ping pong club at our school! It's been a great addition to the available activities we have at our downtown Toronto school location.

Also known as Table Tennis, Ping Pong is a great aerobic activity that improves cardio, focus, hand-eye coordination, and reaction. Shaolin Kung Fu compliments Ping Pong by improving stability, footwork, and power.

The tables were donated by our students - thank you!

On Thursdays, we have a free coaching night where students learn how to play and develop their techniques.

On the weekends, Saturday and Sunday, we have open play for the students.
