Experience the life of a Shaolin Warrior with Master Dao through Shaolin Martial Zen and the arts of Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qigong, Meditation, and Zen philosophy!
The Shaolin Winter Retreat is a 16-hour, two-day Shaolin training program for adults. It is held on Saturday, December 21st and Sunday, December 22, 2024, from 9am to 5pm, at the downtown Toronto STQI school at 393 Dundas Street West, second floor.
Participants will learn and practice Self-Wisdom, and train in the arts of Shaolin Kung Fu, Shaolin Tai Chi, Shaolin Qigong, and Shaolin Meditation. The training can be as intense as you prefer! Lunch is also included.
The event will be limited to 20 students and is open to everyone. You must be 18 years of age or older in order to participate.
Pricing for STQI Students of the 2024 T3 Fall Term (with at least 14 tokens) is discounted at $245 + tax. The fee for all others, including the public is $295 + tax.
