"We hosted Master Dao in our office for two stretch therapy sessions focusing on spinal, hip decompression, and joint optimization. We had 20 participants ranging in age from 24 to 71 with various physical conditions.

Employees are often sitting all day for 8 hours or more at the office. The lack of circulation and postural issues lead to a slowly growing physical problem. This is called atrophy. This then adds to the problem of stress and exhaustion from work. All this means increased likelihood of illness from flu and virus. The Shaolin Tai Chi workshop is an easy to follow class that is gentle on the joints.
You learn an actual martial art that is featured by Master Dao on OneTV's television series called "Shaolin Tai Chi".
This popular program can be provided as an introductory workshop or a progressive series of classes.
A typical class includes warm up exercises, stretching, foundation techniques, push hands, and taolu forms.
We emphasize breathing, relaxing, and flowing the body through the movements.
Shaolin Tai Chi will have your employees moving in a way that greatly boosts circulation without strain on the knees or back. It is easy to get into, and yet it is challenging and rewarding.
This greatly boosts circulation without overly exerting the body. More circulation improves blood flow to the brain and the body, enabling one to think more clearly and effectively.
The exercises are interesting, fun, compelling, and unique.
The Shaolin Qigong workshop exercises are all performed in one spot. Typically participants will be standing and the workshop can be catered to people prefer to sit. It is easy to follow class and gentle on the joints.
This energyboosting program can be provided as an introductory workshop or a progressive series of classes.
A typical class includes theory, breathing exercises, stretching, and simple movements.
We emphasize breathing, relaxing, and flowing energy.
Shaolin Qigong will greatly boost your energy through breathing, relaxing, and awareness training. We consider these to be essential life skills!
By combining improved breathing along with light movement, your body will experience greater and deeper circulation.
Many other benefits include being more energetic, experiencing calmness, relieving stress, and reducing anxiety.
The Shaolin Therapy workshop exercises are all practiced sitting or lying down. Participants will all equally benefit regardless of their flexibility or age. Participants can also sit on a bench or chair if needed. This class is very easy to follow and will greatly improve joint strength and reduce joint pain.
This program can be provided as an introductory workshop or a progressive series of classes.
A typical class includes theory to understand joint problems and injury prevention, warm up exercises, and techniques for improving joint strength to fix posture, degeneration of joints, and realign joints.
Shaolin Stretch Therapy is a unique idea because it is about joint optimization for the entire body.
You will experience less pain, understand how to diagnose the joints to determine the source of the problem, take corrective action, and prevent degeneration of cartilage such as the discs in the spine and neck as well as the hips and knees.
Less pain means more energy and improves quality of life.
The Shaolin Meditation workshop exercises are all practiced sitting down. Participants can also sit on a bench or chair if needed.
This program can be provided as an introductory workshop or a periodically repeated class.
A typical class includes a short history and theory lesson to understand where meditation comes from, why people started to do it, and how it benefits.
This is followed by several short meditation sessions with progressive content to help participants understand how they are doing and how to improve.
Shaolin is considered a worldwide expert in meditation. Our 1,500 year old culture has a had a long time to develop the understanding and practice of meditation, along with philosophy to help reduce suffering and find peace and happiness.
When practiced properly, people will motiviated to train in meditation. This leads to increasing calmness, more energy, more positive outlook, less stress and anxiety, and improved confidence in the self. The mind becomes clearer, more organized, and decluttered.
By request, this workshop can also include practical philosophy to manage intense work situations.

This 1 hour workshop includes theory to help people understand why they get sick and how they get sick.
By learning and applying qigong skills, one can learn how to detect and diagnose an early invasion of pathogens, and then take immediate corrective action so that the illness does not accelerate into fever and becoming bedridden.
Participants will learn various exercises to immediately boost their circulation into infected areas such as the lungs, sinus, and digestive system.
The class also includes preemptive daily exercises that anyone can do.
This 1 hour workshop includes theory and exercises to help people understand stress and to deal with it.
The typical structure of this class includes meditation, philosophy and introspection, discussion about stress, and physical exercises that are easy to do.
The key to resolving stress is to understand the underlying cause and take action to immediately deal with it.
