The 2026 T2 Summer Term Starts May 4th!
Who says you can't start at 40 or later and still achieve a high level of ability in martial arts?
We are excited to announce our new Low-Impact Adult Shaolin Kung Fu Classes designed by Master Dao. It features traditional martial exercises with 'knee care' exercises. They are still the same tough Shaolin kung fu classes, but easy on the knees!
We have two classes designed to be taken back-to-back:
The Low-Impact Foundation Class features 'knee care' exercises. These are techniques that are extracted from the Shaolin Stretch Therapy program, and include knee decompression, knee alignment, and knee strengthening exercises.
There are no low stances or any exercises that involve low knee-bends. Instead of jumping up, we jump forward. All the exercises can be further adjusted for sore or injured ankles and shoulders.
This class is suitable for people of all ages who have the minimum ability to walk quickly. It is great for anyone with some injuries or disabilities, beginner adult students of any age, or those who are 40+ and worried about knee injury.
2026 T2 Summer Term Schedule for Low-Impact Kung Fu Classes:
It's so important to keep the body moving and circulating, otherwise our joints atrophy quickly and the hill to climb gets higher and higher.
Join our low-impact classes, get fit, learn self-defence, develop your mind and body, and have fun!
