Early Morning Sunrise Qi Gong Classes in Toronto

Our early morning program will get your day started with Sunrise qi gong! This is one of the best times to learn and practice qi gong because you will:

1. Boost your oxygen, blood circulation, and digestive system at the start of the day
2. Take in the subtle energy of the morning
3. Physically prepare your body through stretching
4. Relax your mind and prepare yourself for the day’s challenges

The effect of early morning qi gong is greatly enhanced energy and healing throughout the day.

This program is for students of any level including beginners and experienced qi gong practitioners.
